STOP!  There is a lot to consider before you let just anyone touch your nails!

Watch out if your current salon does the following

  • Uses the same files for everyone.
  • Doesn’t sanitize the drill bits after every client.
  • Doesn’t use sanitizing hand gels before the service.
  • Clips, forces or pulls off the old nails when replacements are needed
  • Doesn’t thoroughly examine your nail plates during each service
  • Never replaces all the old acrylic
  • Only does a quick fill near the cuticles and doesn’t shorten, reshape, strengthen and rebalance every infill.
  • Won’t let you change the style, shape or colour?

Are you noticing?

  • Your fingers are sore after each service (The nail techs aren’t supporting your nail plate near the cuticle when filing)
  • Your cuticles are bleeding (apart from the pain, dirty files spread germs)
  • Your nails have ‘rings of fire’-pink or red patches or lines on your nail plates (they’ve put too much pressure onto the delicate nail plate when filing.  These marks will take up to 6 months to grow out)
  • Your ‘smile’ line is uneven (they don’t take the time to balance it)
  • That the undersides are never cleaned (they’re too busy to do it)
  • You have a ‘fungus’ or green/black nails? Eeew! (The nail Techs haven’t properly removed old or ‘lifted’ acrylic or properly sanitized the plate before they’ve recoated it with more acrylic)

We supply you with FREE new files (valued at $10) which we hygienically sanitize and store for your next visit and we hygienically sanitize each drill bit every time. No transference of germs.

  • We apply sanitizing hand gel before, and then wash your hands, after the service.
  • We safely file and soak off old acrylic to reduce nail plate damage when you’re needing a new set.
  • We always check the undersides and top of all nails to make sure there aren’t any lifts or separations.
  • We renew the old overlays regularly to keep them hygienic, and we also clean underneath your nails
  • We always reshape, rebalance and strengthen-we take time to make them look and feel great.
  • You can have any shape, colour or length – your decision.
  • We create nice ‘smile’ lines and you won’t need bandages!

Nail Repairs.

Did you tear your nail? We will fix it with silk, fibreglass or gel, which will then grow out naturally. It doesn’t have to be removed.
For a more serious break – up in the nail bed – then we suggest you have an acrylic overlay for extra strength.

Acrylic Nails

If you’re a nail biter, want extra length with built-in strength then these are the ones for you. We can extend the ends with a sculpture form or a plastic tip and either way they’ll be beautiful and strong. Whatever design you want, from French (white ends and pink backs) to full embedded design (pretty bits in the acrylic) or colours, we can do it OR we can paint them too-it’s your choice.

Bio-Sculpture

These are great if you like a shorter nail. We paint on a gel and cure (cook) it under an Ultra Violet light. Whether you want French or coloured we can do it for you. It dries instantly, can be safely soaked off in up to 15 minutes (no damage to your nail) or you can just grow it out. You can even cut them. It won’t chip, smudge or wear off at the ends. It’s absolutely fabulous and beats nail polish any day.
